In the unlikely event that any book(s) ordered direct from us should be received damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement copy (or copies) free of charge providing we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

A customer service advisor is available during normal office hours should you have cause for any other complaint. We will be pleased to resolve your complaint by email, telephone, or in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
